Seasons at Adventure Bay

At Adventure Bay the contrasting colors and textures of the seasons are remarkable. Snow covered meadows turn to flowering canvases of yellow. Amidst this wonderful countryside we are building lake view homes that leave intact a majority of the natural lands for all homeowners to enjoy. Our 2013 model homes will be under construction shortly as the spring approaches. Private Lakefront Reserve for Adventure Bay Owners

More than a kilometer of accessible Lake Okanagan waterfront at Adventure Bay has been designated an osprey reserve. Residents have exclusive use of this area for bird watching, hiking, fishing, picnicking, kayaking and swimming. Reached by a short trail, the shoreline is a breeding area for Kokanee Salmon. The cove provides pristine, safe and calm water for family activities.

New Lakeview Lots for 2012

The Developer released spectacular lake-view lots on Crofton Road and Hampshire Road in 2012. These lots benefit from gentle afternoon breezes for lounging on your deck watching the weekly sailboat regatta sponsored by the Vernon Yacht Club. Lot prices and construction costs are as low as they have been for many years. But the market is clearly picking up helped by recent HST tax reductions and overall optimism.

Adventure Bay owners have privileged access to the SEASONS CLUB with views of Okanagan Lake. Amenities include a Fitness Center with exercise equipment and stretch and strength rooms, an Aveda Spa offering massages and other services, a meeting room for regular get-togethers, a games room, a lending library, a childrens' center, tennis, swimming, and basketball. Members meet at several scheduled activities for fun and comraderie.

Owner Visits Lot to Work on House Design

An Adventure Bay lot owner on a recent visit from his home in Spain. This couple will build a 2600 SF home at first for seasonal use and then for retirement. They are working with the developer/builder to design an energy efficient home. A feature very important to them is a vegetable garden and berry patch.
